• Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
• Tags and labels must remain attached to the products.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a
  manufacturing defect.

1. Timeframe:

• You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

1. Return Process: To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
   a. A Return Authorization (RA) number would be sent to you when you fill out a return request.
   b. Package the item securely, ensuring it is protected during transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
   c. Ship the package back to our designated address (provided with the RA number).
2. Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of
  defective or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Mo
  Clothing is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.

1. Processing Time:

• Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to check availability.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

1. Non-Refundable Items:

• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
• Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
