    a. A Return Authorization (RA) number would be sent to you when you fill out a return request.
    b. Package the item securely, ensuring it is protected during transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
    c. Ship the package back to our designated address (provided with the RA number).

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of
    defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Mo
    Clothing is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.
